5. NCO/Command Guidelines

Do not abuse your position.
Be respectful to those around you even if they are below you in PDC.
Make decisions logically, with thought and reason.
Consult higher-ups with issues you do not understand.
Stick to your officer/NCO training.
When giving orders make sure they make sense. No ordering people to jump off a roof, or clear a building on their own, etc.
